JOIN THE TEAM

We are building a team of trailblazers, of dreamers who are doers, and doers who are unwavering in pursuit of our shared vision. Ours is a team of inspired, optimistic pragmatic idealists who believe in the great principles of truth, justice, equity, and compassion - who possess a genuine care for humanity, and carry a can-do passion for creation and/or problem-solving. We look for that unique combination of humility, brilliance, and a sense of humor, altogether.  We love to make our visions real - relatively faster than regular Earth time - and with the highest quality of work. So yes, we love to work hard. But we also love to LAUGH. We love to share laughter, music, good food, great moments of inspiration. Life is short and finite. We want to create positive impact - now - or soon. And have fun and be inspired doing it.  Want to join us?

There are currently two ways to join our Team:  Womensphere Foundation Fellowships or Internships.

The Womensphere Foundation has open Internships and year-long Fellowships in the areas detailed below, open to currently enrolled students (or students who are recently graduated or about to graduate) from the leading graduate and undergraduate programs in the United States. We will also - selectively  - work with outstanding young professionals.  These positions are open to both women and men.

Womensphere Foundation Fellowships and Internships offer tremendous learning, networking, and collaboration opportunities. Womensphere Foundation Fellows and Interns will get to meet some of the most incredible people across different industries, organizations, and all over the world.

Womensphere Foundation Fellowships and Internships are also a path towards full-time roles within the Womensphere Foundation and Womensphere, for those eventually seeking full-time employment. Most of our full-time offers will come from our cohorts of Fellows and Interns.

Our Fellowships and Internships are structured as leadership development, career-enhancing programs.

Womensphere Foundation Fellows and Interns are also considered Ambassadors for the organization, and thus, must possess genuine passion for the organization's mission, and a high level of integrity and ethical conduct. Womensphere Foundation Fellows and Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with each other and with many people and organizations. These roles require that Fellows and Interns are collaborative, have excellent communication skills, and are great team-players (among other traits we are looking for). Successful candidates will have technical competence and working experience in the areas being applied for.
